FAQ’s

1. Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are accepting new patients at this time.

2. Do you accept any insurance?

Many of our patients request our assistance in the filing of insurance claims. We are pleased to provide this service. We do, however, request full payment on the day services are provided. Your insurance company will be instructed to send the reimbursement check directly to you, the insured.

3. What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check and all credit cards. In addition to these, we also accept Care Credit.

4. What do I do if I cannot make my appointment?

Unlike most dental offices, we schedule only one patient at a time. Therefore, we appreciate our patients making every effort to keep their appointed time. In the event that you should need to cancel, or change your appointment time, we ask that you please provide 48 hours notice.

5. What can I expect at the first visit?

We designate a full hour for a new patient. During this time, the Doctor conducts a personal interview, a comprehensive dental exam, takes the necessary radiographs and creates diagnostic models of the patient's mouth, if necessary. At a subsequent appointment, the Doctor will provide the patient with an overview of the treatment plan and fees.
